Our menus are crafted with a strong focus on local ingredients, both from the region’s supply chain and seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables that are grown on site. From a relaxed breakfast to all day bites, social suppers and family gatherings, experience high-end dining enjoyed at a laid back pace.

Darren Brown, Executive Head Chef
Darren joined the team in February 2019 and brings a wealth of experience to his role as The Kitchen’s Executive Head Chef, having previously earned a Michelin star in one of numerous posts held at prestigious restaurants around the country.
As Executive Head Chef at The Kitchen, Darren is responsible for providing a range of catering options from breakfast and the Bar menu to lunch and dinner, offering locals, golf members and overnight guests delicious food – set against our backdrop of knockout views.
Darren is passionate about supporting high-quality local suppliers to source the best ingredients, alongside championing our Ecology Island to supplement his supplies with the freshest ingredients from Feldon’s soil.
Ecology Island and Suppliers
We work with a handpicked selection of suppliers to source the best ingredients from the local area, such as beautiful Arlington Whites from Cacklebean Eggs, meat from our Brailes neighbour Paddock Farm and delicious cheeses and other goods from Wellocks.
As well as sourcing fruit and vegetables from Stratford’s AM Bailey, we’re proud to grow much of our own produce in our Ecology Island, growing the best in seasonal herbs, vegetables, salads and fruits. We are also growing a number of fruit trees and will be keeping our own bees on site.
Meet the team
The success of any venture is down to its people. Feldon has brought a team together who offer the very best in hospitality and come with a huge passion and knowledge of the local area.
At the helm is Restaurant Manager Olly Cooper who joined the team in February 2019, leaving the energy and pressured environment of the international sporting circuit behind in favour of Feldon’s idyllic countryside setting. Olly brings with him a wealth of experience in event management and the ability to deliver the highest possible levels of customer service, including being fluent in German, Italian and French.
The Bar at Feldon features local artisan producers, from award-winning neighbour Cotswolds Distillery to a selection of real ales from the nearby North Cotswold and Hook Norton Breweries.
With its cosy fireplace, stylish seating and views out over the valley, the Bar is the ideal location for a casual evening drink or small plate from the Bar menu. Curated by The Kitchen’s Head Chef Darren Brown, dishes will include Paddock Farm Tamworth Pork Sausage Roll, Wye Valley Asparagus with smoked cod’s roe and Bavette Steak with Café de Paris butter & rosemary fries.
