To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. When you turn up arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round and produce your proof of payment for the number of players booked. If the Pro Shop is closed, please go upstairs to the bar in the Clubhouse where you will need to show your proof of payment and collect your scorecard(s).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking by contacting the Club Feldon Valley by email and advising the details together with your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

To obtain a refund, please email [email protected]. If you cancel your booking less than 2 days in advance, we reserve the right to make a charge of 50% of the green fee to your credit/debit card.

Failure to Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking we reserve the right to charge 100% of the green fee to your credit/debit card. Failure to do so will mean any future bookings will be stopped.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit-card/debit-card

Booking Transferable

The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, and should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. All golfers must make themselves aware of the club’s code of conduct before play, details of which are below and also posted in the clubhouse.


This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don’t have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code

Normal EGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, non-tailored shorts or football/rugby top.


Spikes may be worn but not in restaurant and bar.

Car Park

All cars are parked at the owner’s risk and Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd and Feldon Valley CIC take no responsibility for any loss or damage.


Buggies should only be taken once arrangements have been made with the Pro Shop and payment made. All buggies must be returned in a good condition and any damage reported immediately. Feldon Valley reserve the right to charge any costs for repair to the person responsible.

Loss or Damage to Possessions

Feldon Valley take no responsibility for any private possessions lost or damaged during your time at Feldon Valley. We urge you to ensure you take everything with you before you leave the changing rooms.


Feldon Valley provides showers and changing facilities for all members and guests and we commit to delivering a safe environment that is cleaned on a regular basis. Should you have any allergies we strongly advise you to inform a member of staff and take no responsibility for any reaction to soap, shampoo, conditioner or creams provided. We urge all guests and members to take great care on wet surfaces.

The Club Feldon Valley provides within the fee charged insurance coverage within the fee charged for damage to property/people during your game. In the event of this occurring, please report the incident to the Pro Shop or Club Secretary before you leave the course.

Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions which govern your use of the web site which you will require to access to purchase a Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd or Feldon Valley CIC online gift voucher. By purchasing vouchers on this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions highlighted under this document and also the terms and conditions associated with the individual voucher purchased.

We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions without any notice, and advise that it is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions before each purchase to ensure that you are kept up-to-date with any changes to them.


A valid debit or credit card is required to complete an online voucher purchase. Payment is taken by the company and will appear on your bank statement as either Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd or Feldon Valley CIC’. Credit Card details are entered over a secure webpage.

Payment is made using 3D Secure protocol which is designed as an additional security layer for online credit and debit card payments.

A contract of sale does not exist between you and the Company, until such time as the payment has cleared and a confirmation of purchase has been issued, irrespective of whether or not this was received.

Details entered on the voucher, including but not limited to email addresses, postal addresses or contact details are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Company cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to the incorrect input of data. Confirmation should be checked as soon as it is received to ensure that the details are correct.

You verify that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Gift Voucher ordered.

To purchase any vouchers or experiences that include alcoholic beverages, you must be 18 years in age or older.

A minimum age of redemption might apply for some vouchers or experiences.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Issuing & Delivery of Vouchers

Vouchers can be delivered via Royal Mail postal service or electronically.

Electronic Vouchers are delivered immediately as a PDF attachment, to the email address selected.

Postal vouchers are issued by the Company, within 3 days of purchase, and are sent out via first class mail. The company cannot be held responsible for any delays in receiving the voucher. Should you require the voucher to be sent out via any other means (Special Delivery), please contact the Company directly to discuss.

Additional charges may apply.

Vouchers can also be collected in person, by prior arrangement.

Returns & Refunds

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed by us.

Lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded nor be replaced.

We reserve the right not to accept vouchers which may be damaged or defaced.

Our terms and conditions, or the terms and conditions of the specific vouchers do not affect your statutory rights.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Expired vouchers are non-refundable and non-extendable.


In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reservations, the following are our terms and conditions of trading. All reservations are accepted on the basis of these terms and conditions.

Making a Reservation

All reservations made at Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd or Feldon Valley CIC are held on an option basis until the hotel receives confirmation.


In order to confirm a reservation a credit card is required as a guarantee.


Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd or Feldon Valley CIC reserves the right to require payment of a deposit to a predetermined amount, as specified at the time of reservation to secure all bookings. In the event that a cancellation fee needs to be implemented, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be set against the cancellation fee. The balance will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.


Unless we already have your payment details on our system, on arrival you will be asked to leave a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card. Pre-authorisations cannot be done using a debit card. If you wish to use a debit card full payment will be required at time of check-in. Pre-authorisations on a credit card will hold funds in the account and will only be released when the same card is used to settle the final hotel bill.


Cheques and travellers cheques are not accepted as payment.


All non UK travellers must present a passport on arrival to Reception

Bedroom Cancellation Policy

Fully flexible with free cancellation up to 4pm, 7 days before arrival. After this the first night’s stay will be charged. No deposit needed, simply provide a credit card to secure your reservation with a pre-authorisation taken at time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy – Booking Provider
Please see the cancellation policy with your booking provider for full terms & conditions. Cancellations must be placed through your booking provider.


All rates quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT

Group & Multiple-night Bookings

N.B room nights are: number of rooms x number of nights (e.g. 6 rooms x 3 nights = 18 room nights).

10 – 20 room nights in total

Fully flexible with free cancellation up to 4pm, 14 days before arrival. After this the full stay will be charged. No deposit needed initially, simply provide a credit card to secure your reservation with the full payment taken 14 days before arrival.

10+ rooms per night or 20+ room nights in total

Payment for the full stay is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation or contracted under our Group Terms & Conditions. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. With this in mind, it may be advisable to take out holiday insurance.

Golf Packages

For groups of 8 or more (based on 2 people sharing) staying on a golf package (includes green fees, accommodation and meal plan), Feldon Valley CIC and/or Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd requires a 10% deposit with a credit card to confirm the booking. The outstanding amount will then be taken 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 6 week period are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Dog Policy

The Feldon Valley (UK) Ltd or Feldon Valley CIC recognises that pets are considered part of our guests’ family. The hotel is designated as pet friendly and welcomes dogs in designated rooms. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when in the hotel or in the hotel grounds. Please ensure that you respect other hotel guests and “pick up” after your dog. There is a dog charge of £10 per dog, per night and this will be added to the final bill. We will provide a dog bed, water bowl and a dog treat on arrival in the bedroom.

Dogs are permitted, with their owners, into the bar area of the The Kitchen at Feldon Valley where a snack menu is on offer. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the Restaurant itself. Dogs are allowed to be left unattended in the bedroom but please make Reception aware when doing so.

Guide Dogs are exempt from the policy and will be accommodated in the Bar area only.
